Coming from Bristol
Take the M32 out of Bristol and leave at junction 1, following signs to the right (signposted Kingswood/Yate). You'll be on the Ring-road towards Frenchay, Kingswood, etc. Keep on the left side of this road and when you reach the first set of traffic lights you come across, take the slip road on the left signposted B4058 to Winterbourne, Frampton Cotterel, Yate. Follow on this road passing Hambrook, Winterbourne, Frampton Cotterel. When you reach Iron Acton, you'll be at a staggered cross roads with traffic lights. In the corner there is Parkers Garden & Aquatic Centre, there is also a signpost towards left to Wooton-Under-Edge. Turn left into this road (B4058 or Wooton Road). Go up this road for just under a mile, take the 2nd turning on your right which is Manor Road. (Beware that coming from the south direction you cannot see the street name on Manor Road). Two Oaks is passed the row of cottages and a hedge, on the left hand side of the road, it's a chalet-bungalow with a semi-circular drive and large pine trees at the front.
Coming from Bath
Leave Bath on the A46 heading northbound in the Stroud direction. Pass Dyrham Park and go across the M4. When you reach the traffic lights at the Cross Hands hotel, take the A432 turning on your left signposted Yate/Chipping Sodbury. Go across the first major roundabout up to the next roundabout where you'll see an Elf garage Yate). Turn right into Link Road and go across the next roundabout (crossing Station Road). Go along this road (Goose Green Way) and pass about 5 sets of traffic lights; you'll go over a railway bridge and you'll approach the set of traffic lights for North Road (signpost Yate Football Ground). Turn right into this road and follow it until you see fewer house and more fields. The road will suddendly bend first to the left and then to the right, when you will be in Manor Road. The house can be found on the right hand side of the road.
